Tracy King
Tracy works with the Housing Services Department for the County of Lambton as a Community Support Worker. She is also the Chair of the Sarnia Lambton Home Response Collaborative and has many years of experience working with tenants in Sarnia Lambton who are facing eviction related to hoarding as well as other complex issues. Tracy’s portfolio includes tenants who live in the private market, the rent supplement programs, non-profit and cooperative housing in the City of Sarnia. Tracy also travels east in the County including the Petrolia, Watford and Alvinston communities.

Roel Bus
Roel is a Fire Prevention Officer for the City of Sarnia. Before coming to this position, he completed 18 years of fire suppression duties. Roel is also the Co-Chair of the Sarnia Lambton Home Response Collaborative. In his experience, he has dealt with the difficulties of access and fighting fires in homes with large accumulations of personal items throughout the home. In his present role as FPO, he has worked together with community colleagues visiting homes with the purpose of fire and life safety education, where the presence and condition of smoke alarms, and accessibility for emergency workers are concerned.

Kelly Bedard
Kelly works as a Property Standards and Bylaw Enforcement Officer for the Building Services Department of the County of Lambton. In this role, Kelly can be contacted by community members or municipal office staff to investigate property standard complaints. The outcome of the investigation may result in orders being written that would not allow someone to reside in the residence that they currently occupy, pending assessments and renovations.

Tina Buono
Tina works as the Client Services Supervisor in Housing Services for the County of Lambton. Her role is to represent the landlord during lease signings, at the Landlord Tenant Board Hearings and working with tenants to ensure that their tenancy is not at risk due to non-payment of rent, behaviour issues or their ability to live independently.

Lorri Kerrigan
Lorri works as the Social Planner in the Social Planning and Children’s Services Department for the County of Lambton. In this role, Lorri has membership on many local committees and networks which allow her to examine the local needs based on demographics and social trends. Looking at the broader community picture allows Lorri the information to recommend action plans that are relevant and comprehensive.

Nicole King
Nicole has been an OSPCA agent, working in the County of Lambton for the last 10 years. In this role, she investigates allegations of cruelty and neglect against animals.

Sandra Fraser
Sandra works with the Housing Services Department for the County of Lambton as a Community Support Worker. In this role, she works with tenants who are facing eviction due to financial, social and health complications. Sandra’s portfolio includes tenants who live in the Sarnia, Point Edward, Wyoming, Forest, and Thedford communities. Sandra is an active member of the Sarnia Lambton Elder Abuse Awareness Network.

Lawrence Swift
Lawrence is the Fire Chief of the Petrolia and North Enniskillen Fire Department. Lawrence provides strong leadership in an effort to create a community that is fire safe and accident free. His encouragement to become involved with prevention activities begins in the home checking smoke detectors, discuss escape planning, and taking preventive action where necessary.

April Nelmes
April has worked for the past 30 years in the Community Services sector, providing assistance to persons with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. She began her career with March of Dimes 15 years ago and is now the Regional Independent Living Manager for the South West Region. These independent living programs include Supportive Housing, Outreach and Mobile Wellness Attendant Services.
